2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup diced onion
2 cups quick-cooking rice (uncooked)
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) jar Cheese Whiz
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Cook broccoli according to package directions. In a large saucepan, melt margarine and sauté celery and onion in the margarine until onions are translucent. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spray a 9x13" baking pan or similar sized casserole with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the rice mixture into the baking pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
