Porcupine Meatballs

For the meatballs:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
1/3 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1/4 cup water
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the sauce:
1 (10.75-ounce) can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

To make the meatballs:
Mix together in a large bowl and form into 15 to 20 balls. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the meatballs until done to the center.

To make the sauce:
Combine tomato soup with water and chili powder in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add the porcupine meatballs and allow to simmer over very low heat for about 1 hour.
